Once you have determined your destination point, how many are going, the date, and the type of vacation you wish, we ask you to choose 3 options.
You then have several alternatives. The most convenient is to log on to the Royal Holiday website and make your reservation in the section marked Reserve Online.

It is very important to plan ahead, because reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
On occasion, there can be extra charges due to local government or port taxes, and others.
In order to confirm any reservation, it is necessary for your membership payments and annual club fee to be up to date.
You will receive your confirmation via email with the code of our central system, or you yourself can download the receipt of your confirmed reservation from our website. It’s simple:
Go to www.royal-holiday.com and log in with your member ID number and current password, then click on Reserve online
At the top of the page, where your membership information appears, click on Reservation List
Download the receipt you need to your computer and print it out whenever you wish
When you check in at the Royal Holiday developments, you must hand in this printed confirmation, which specifies date, time of arrival and check out time, type of room, number of people and all other relevant information required by the development.
What will happen if I have a confirmed reservation and for some reason I can’t take the trip?
You can be sure we’ll do our utmost to help you, but you must remember that it can be very difficult sometimes to re-assign the reserved space. As you know, every reservation and cancellation involves operation costs, and this forces us to charge for each cancellation. This charge increases the closer we are to the confirmed date of your reservation. The rates are as follows:
$40 USD if you cancel more than 90 days before.
$100 USD if you cancel between 31 and 90 days before.
If you cancel 30 days or less before, you will lose the Holiday credits for this reservation.
How close to my vacation can I make my reservation?
The flexibility policy of your Royal Holiday membership allows you to reserve whenever you want. There is no established time limit. It’s up to you. However, securing the vacation you desire does not depend on the club, but on the destination, the season, the number of rooms and the time slot.
The holiday weeks that everyone shares, such as Christmas, New Year’s and Easter Week, are somewhat more complicated. Also, on occasion, some special event will saturate hotels at a given destination.
Out of the 52 weeks of the years, very few are in the highest demand. If this is when you want to use your membership, we recommend that you make reservations well in advance. The rest of the year, you can pretty much make plans with as little as three days in advance.
